INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMPLETING THE ONLINE APPLICATION

All applicants are requested to enter their application online.

To complete the online application:

· Go to the application page Click here to go to the online application.

· Create an account using your email address and a self-generated password.

· Enter your application information as requested.

· To save your work to complete another time - scroll to the BOTTOM of the page and click on the SUBMIT BUTTON.

· To return to your application, go to the application site Click here to go to the online application and enter your email address and password.

· To submit your application - scroll to the BOTTOM of the page and click on the FINISH BUTTON.

Next Steps:

· Once you FINISH your application, a pdf version with your responses will be sent to you by email to the address you provided as your log-in id.

· This application must be signed by you and your board president and returned to the Schaefer Center along with your other application materials by November 6, 2009.

How do I know if my application is saved?

Log out of your account and return to application page via the links above. Log in to your application using your email address and password and you will be able to view the sections of the application you have completed.

Why can’t I see my completed application form?

The most common reason why you cannot see your application is that you clicked on the FINISH button instead of the SUBMIT button. The FINISH button closes your application.

How can I get my application re-opened if I accidently closed by application?
