Application Instructions
The 2009 Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Fellows Program

1. Go the Online Application log-in page (see starting a new application above.)
2. Create an account by providing your email address and a password.
3. Once you have created an account and begun the application process you do not have to complete the application in one sitting.

To save your application to finish at another time: SCROLL DOWN TO THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE AND PRESS THE SUBMIT BUTTION.

To submit your final application: SCROLL DOWN TO THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE AND PRESS THE FINISH BUTTION.

Do not press the FINISH BUTTION  until you have completed the entire application form. Once you press finish you will no longer be able to make changes to your application.

4. When you press the finish button, an email will be sent to you with your official application attached. This is the application that must be signed by you and your board president and sent in along with the other application materials.

FAQ

·        How do I know if my application saved?

Log out and return to the create an account page. Log back in using the username you created and you will be able to view the sections of the application you have completed.

·        Why can't I see my completed application form?

You pressed finish instead of submit which closes your application.
